Terms of Service

These terms are a commercial baseline and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad public launch. By creating an account or using FLADA, you agree to these terms for yourself and, where applicable, your company.

Accounts and workspaces

One company account may contain multiple individual user accounts. You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and ensure only authorized people access the workspace.

Subscription

FLADA offers one plan at $6.99 USD per active user per month after a 14-day free trial. Charges recur monthly until canceled. The company owner is responsible for the selected user count and applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewal at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use FLADA unlawfully, access another customer’s data without authorization, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, bypass security controls, or send unlawful or abusive communications.

Your content

You retain rights to content entered into your workspace. You grant FLADA the limited permission necessary to host, process, synchronize, back up, and display it to operate the service.

Availability

We work to keep FLADA reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may change as the product improves. Material subscription changes will be communicated before taking effect.

Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, FLADA is provided “as is.” FLADA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid during the preceding twelve months.
